Swabian Pork Tenderloin and Spätzle

This is a traditional swabian meal. Spätzle are a kind of fresh made noodles which are served with mushroom souce.

INGREDIENTS:

Meat: 1 (ca. 400g) pork tenderloin
spices (salt, black pepper, paprika, mustard)
Sauce: 1 onion chopped
250 g champignons or other mushrooms sliced
1 or 2 tbsp all-purpose flour
75 mlcream
spices (salt, black pepper, paprika,..)
Spätzle: 4 to 6 eggs
about 300g all-purpose flour
